Pre-season starts Mon-Thurs, Feb 23rd to March 5th from 3:30-5:15 PM

Regular Season Practice Begins March 9

• When: 3:30-5:15 PM every day, rain or shine
• Where: RMS Track
• Requirements for practice: Sneakers, sweats, water. Spikes are optional and for after the second part of every day of practice.
